I am hoping that by some off the things I do, people will reach out and try new things. Lots of times, when I start something – I am not sure I can make it OK. For the beading… It first, I did not know how many beads would work. What I did was put my threaded needle in, put a number of the beads on the needle…………..push the beads down onto the fabric and then, put my needle against the last bead.

Hello…..I wanted to send you a photo of the peacock I embroidered……I’m still waiting on the embroidery floss I want to use soooooooooooo, rather then not embroider, I chose a photo I thought would go good on a pillow. I’ve done that and am sending it to you to view. I know I’ve made mistakes but it is my very first. Hope you like it.

This is a fragment of 1820s embroidery pattern for Berlin’s wool work. I used cross-stitch technique to make the embroidery and top stitched it to a collar of a dress-shirt. It turned out looking great, I got lot’s of complements 🙂
In the article I gave a link to your cross-stitch how-to tutorial.

      Hi Smitha,
Thank you very much for all these contributions. They are beautiful, especially the Christmas ornaments. Sorry for responding late…we were caught up in a year long travel out of the country.
